Former Russian group "Smash!!" is a pop duo consist of two members - Vlad Topalov and Sergey Lazarev. The two were once members of the popular teen group "Neposedy", as well as Julia Volkova and Lena Katina from t.A.T.u. Smash!! became very popular in Russia after they won the song contest "New Wave" in Jurmala back in 2002. Later Sergey Lazarev left the group and soon after that both Lazarev and Topalov started their own solo career.
